Submission Instructions:

Manuscripts should be double-spaced in 12-pt Times New Roman.

Submit only one copy of your manuscript, preferably as a Microsoft Word document.

CSOL Journal for Law & Public Policy prefers submissions of articles of fewer than 7,500 words.

Text and citations should conform to A Uniform System of Citation (21st ed.) (“The Bluebook”). Footnotes are preferred over endnotes.

Include a brief abstract of your submission with the text. Authors may also submit a copy of their CV/résumé.

Please allow 3 to 5 weeks to process and review submissions.
